Your Journey to a Perfect Smile
Starts Here!
Get ready for the smile of a lifetime. When you walk into our friendly office, it might look like a dentist's office, but what we do here is a bit different. Let's dive into your first free consultation appointment and discover the incredible treatments we offer.
Let's Make a Plan
Your first free visit is all about understanding what needs to be done to give you a great smile. Plan to spend at least an hour with us, so there's plenty of time for questions.
First, our receptionist will greet you and help you get checked in. Then, you’ll get a tour of the office with our New Patient Coordinator, who’ll also get some more info from you. After that, it's time for some diagnostic work and an exam.
Discover the Possibilities
We'll take pictures of your teeth to get a clear picture of just where they’re at right now.
We might also take X-ray images to look beneath your gums. These help us see how your bones, joints, and hidden teeth grow and position.
Sometimes, we might need to take a mold of your teeth. It's a simple process where you bite down on soft putty-like material for a moment, and we create a replica of your bite.
This mold helps us understand what's happening and how to treat it. Don't worry; it's painless and quick!
Exploring Your Options
Once we’ve finished your exam, you’ll get your results. If everything looks good, that's fantastic! But if treatment is needed, we'll let you know.
Sometimes, it's best to start treatment right away, and other times, it's better to wait a little. We might suggest coming back for checkups until it's the perfect time to begin.
At this point, we'll also talk about the cost of treatment and the different ways you can pay for it.
Taking a Closer Look
Once that’s done, our expert team will examine everything carefully. We'll look inside your mouth and ask you questions about your jaw movement, chewing, and swallowing.
All of this helps Dr. Hart make a proper diagnosis and finalize your treatment plan during your first visit.
Your Questions, Answered
This is your chance to ask any questions you have about the process. We'll explain how orthodontic treatment can benefit you or your child. We'll also discuss the different procedures used to fix the problems and whether there are any options for your treatment.
Should you start treatment now, or is it better to wait? Don't worry; we'll give you all the information you need.
We'll talk about the cost of treatment and fill you in on payment plans. And finally, we'll give you an estimate of how long the treatment should take.
And that’s it! Your first visit in a nutshell. Schedule today, and we can get started on your stunning, standout smile.
